Public health services are also set to expand significantly under the new fiscal plan. The city will establish two new permanent clinics in Las Mojoneras and El Pitillal, providing members with essential medical care at no cost.

More than a thousand women will receive specialized support to launch their own businesses, fostering local entrepreneurship and financial independence. To ensure these programs are funded responsibly, the City Council also approved a streamlined payroll schedule that eliminates vacant positions while providing legally mandated adjustments for current employees.
