The 30th edition of the International Gourmet Festival will take place from November 13 to 23, 2025, across Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, and Tepic. Known as Mexico’s Grand Gourmet Tradition, this milestone event celebrates thirty years of culinary excellence, creativity, and cultural exchange.
This year’s festival brings together 27 participating restaurants and 27 guest chefs who will craft exclusive menus designed to delight the senses. Over ten days, each venue will become a showcase of incredible flavors, talent, and hospitality, offering food enthusiasts an extraordinary dining experience.
The festivities begin with a spectacular Grand Opening at TierraLuna Gardens, where more than 60 international and national chefs will come together for an evening of exquisite cuisine, live music, and artistic presentation. Throughout the festival, iconic restaurants such as Café des Artistes, Le Bistro, El Dorado, Azafrán by Michel’s, Trio, River Café, and Amixtli will host tasting dinners and gourmet pairings.
Highlights of the event include the Gourmet Safaris in Puerto Vallarta, Punta de Mita, and Costa Sur – culinary journeys that allow guests to experience multiple top restaurants in a single evening. Other signature experiences include the Great Wine Fiesta, the Chef’s Talk Show, the elegant Night of Stars at Café des Artistes, and the LGBT-focused Night of the Sea at Almar Resort.
The celebration concludes in Tepic with the charming Picnic Under the Parotas, an event dedicated to local ingredients and regional culinary traditions.
Over the past three decades, more than 900 chefs have contributed to the festival’s legacy, transforming it into a cultural bridge and a living tribute to cuisine as a universal language.
