Villa Viaje features a traditional contemporary design in a luxury Mexico villa rental.

This 4-5 bedroom villa features a contemporary design with traditional details, all of which showcase the amazing views of the South Bay. The villa offers all the comforts and luxury details for a perfect getaway, including air conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living /dining area, a TV in the main Living area, and the giant open-air Palapa.

The villa offers the best in indoor-outdoor living: a huge open-air Palapa with bar, living area, and dining area that leads to the spacious sun-drenched pool terrace.

The staff includes a private Chef, a houseman/waiter, a housekeeper, and a concierge/villa manager. The concierge will help organize all the details from your airport transfer, in-house spa services, boat cruises, and any other activities or requests to ensure the best possible experience.

The staff service is a special detail of the villa experience. Choose your menu, and the chef will take care of everything, including shopping for the freshest ingredients for daily meal preparation.  The Waiter will serve your meals, and they will clean up.  Receipts will be presented for payment from grocery stores, as presented by the staff.

The Villa Viaje experience includes full staff service: a chef, a houseman/waiter, housekeepers, and a concierge. The housekeepers perform all general cleaning, including household linens and personal laundry, time permitting.

OCCUPANCY INFORMATION

Villa Occupants

All villas and condos have a policy of a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom. The maximum number of persons means adults and children, regardless of age. The maximum number of guests will be confirmed on your rental agreement. Additional guests may be allowed with an additional charge along with permission of the owner or agent. An extra per person/per night charge will apply.
Minimum Stay: Minimum stay may vary depending on the property selected.
  • Summer: 3-4 Nights Stay
  • Winter: 5-7 Nights Stay
  • Christmas/New Year’s: 7-night stay for each Holiday
Check-In / Check-Out Time: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. / Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. The villa staff will be anxiously waiting for your arrival to welcome you.
Seasons:
 
  • Winter: November 1 – April 30
  • Summer: May 1 – Oct 31
  • Christmas /New Year’s: Any 7/night stay covering either Christmas or New Year’s between December 18 and January 8.
 
Note: Holiday rentals may require a Saturday-to-Saturday rental policy.
 
Events & Special Occasions: A gathering with more than half the number of registered guests in the villa is considered an Event and written permission is required in advance. An Event Fee will apply equal to one night’s additional rental.
 
Age Requirement: To make a reservation, you must be 25 years or older. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction from the property with no return of any funds paid. The person signing the contract must occupy the premises for the entire reservation.
 
Liability: Casa Bay Villas, the owners, staff, employees, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any claims, losses, injury, or expenses arising out of any injury, illness, personal property loss, transportation delays or inconveniences, or damage to any person or property of persons occupying the property. Any dispute arising or related to this agreement shall be determined exclusively by the courts or the competent jurisdiction in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico.
 
The owners, employees, and agents shall under no circumstances be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to guests occupying the property caused by neighbors or the surrounding area. Unlawful activities will not be tolerated, and noise curfews affecting nearby properties will be enforced.
 
Pets: No pets will be allowed in the rental property without written permission before arrival.
 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

 
As one of the leading vacation rental agents representing privately owned luxury villas and condos, we pride ourselves on a stellar reputation that we are proud of and want to uphold.
 
Payment Policy – Rates are in US Dollars – Please contact our office to select and CONFIRM your Reservation Payment Method. Payments in the original currency specified (US Dollars) on all villa or condo vacation rentals.
 
  • Deposit Payment – A deposit equal to 50% of your total reservation is required within five business days to confirm your reservation. If your deposit is not received at this time, your reservation may be considered cancelled. Please ask for an extension if needed. Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
  • Final Payment – The final payment balance of 50% on your reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival at the villa or condo.
 
  • For all Holiday Reservations – Final Payments are due 90 days before you arrive at the villa or condo.
 
  • Refundable Security Deposit – All reservations require a Refundable Security Deposit due with your final payment. See below for details.
 
All rates include daily staff services (excluding Sundays and Mexican Holidays). The staff will be available at no additional charge for guests’ arrival/departure on Sundays and Holidays. Rates do not include the cost of food & beverages, staff gratuities, or airport transfers.
 
Damages & Responsibility: All owners require a Refundable Security Deposit, which will be due with your final payment. If there are no damages or lost items, we will return your security deposit two weeks after departure. Guests occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the property or its contents during their stay. Costs for damage will be limited to the repairs or replacement value of the item (s) damaged. Unlawful activities and boisterous behavior will not be tolerated.
 
Many properties have a zero cancellation policy, so Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended. Travel Insurance is available through your airline carrier or through Trip Cancellation Insurance online. They respond to unexpected circumstances and unfortunate occurrences that threaten to interfere with even your best-laid plans. Contact our office for information and assistance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 
Cancellation Policies vary with each private villa owner. Policies are based on re-renting the property for the same dates and nightly rate, or up to the discretion of the owner.
 
If a guest elects to terminate their Reservation/Rental Agreement, Casa Bay Villas will contact the owner to request a Full Refund up to ninety (90) days before arrival at the villa or condo, less a Cancellation/Service Fee of 35% of the total rental amount.
 
Any cancellation received 90 days or less before your arrival date or any cancellation scheduled over the Christmas/New Year Holiday period will not be eligible for any refund unless we can re-rent the villa or condo for the same dates and amount, in which case Casa Bay Villas will request from the owner a Full Refund be made to the guest less a 30% Cancellation/Service Fee of the total rental agreement.
 
Holiday Reservations – At the request of all villa owners any cancellation schedule over the Christmas/New Year Holiday or major Holiday periods will not be eligible for any refund unless we can re-rent the villa or condo for the same dates and amount, in which case Casa Bay Villas will request from the owner a Full Refund be made to the guest less a 30% Cancellation/Service Fee of the total rental agreement.
