This luxury private villa features the exquisite design of a classic Mexican hacienda with all the comfort and amenities for a perfect vacation in Puerto Vallarta. With gorgeous stone columns and vaulted brick ceilings, Hacienda de los Santos offers guests understated sophistication and elegance with Spanish Alhambra tiles and crystal chandeliers coupled with beautiful antiques.
Your private chef will serve TWO full meals a day. (Breakfast & Lunch or Breakfast and Dinner). If you prefer, start your day with a Centennial Breakfast of fresh fruits, fresh-squeezed juices, pastries, and coffee. The chef will then offer brunch/lunch at 11:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. and dinner of your choice, preferably served around 7:00 p.m. (Food and Beverages are at guests’ cost, plus a small shopping service fee – Another mealtime may be requested).
Staff can offer a light lunch in between breakfast and dinner. Dinner preferred time is 7:00 PM.
Other times may be arranged with the houseman and/or chef. Please note; that if the staff leaves after 9:30 PM; guests are responsible for paying for their transportation home. Buses stop at 10:00 PM.
Staff staying well after hours would require overtime payment to property management directly (Food and beverages at guests’ cost, plus service fee for shopping).
Having our staff prepare three meals a day at, say, 9 AM, 1 PM, and 7 or 8 PM entails them to work an 11-13 hour day (plus commute). We respect and want to retain our staff, so we will ask you to work with us on schedule- or service- flexibility, or extra compensation for staff if dinner or late nights are desired.
Hacienda de los Santos features five-bedroom suites each with private en-suite bathrooms in the main villa offering stunning views of Banderas Bay, the swimming pool, and the inner courtyard. All bedrooms have exceptionally inviting beds dressed in clean, white linen.
A separate Guest Casita on the property features an additional two bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms and a private living room. The Casita offers views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and Banderas Bay.
Swim in your private heated infinity pool, enjoy a poolside nap, relax in the sun, or chat with friends and family in one of the many shaded spots. Watch the villa’s Apple TV system with thousands of movies and programs. For your enjoyment, the villa has a state-of-the-art audio surround system in the living area, a high-end iPod station and outdoor speakers, and a library. There’s even an office for those unfortunates who have to do some work while on vacation. Telephone calls (we have two lines) to the US and Canada are free.
At night, you and your guests will enjoy an al-fresco dinner on the outside dining terrace prepared by the villa’s private chef. After dinner, put your bathing suits on and enjoy the Jacuzzi while you watch the nightly fireworks that take place around the bay.
Puerto Vallarta offers many wonderful activities, fine dining, and lively nightlife all just five minutes by taxi from your villa. Take a day trip to Sayulita and San Poncho is known for surfing for beginners and intermediate surfers. Sayulita and San Poncho are just one hour’s drive and offer waves for beginner and intermediate surfers.
The staff at Hacienda de los Santos works 6 days a week (Sundays and National Holidays are off) but can often be hired to work off-hours and days. If guests arrive on a Sunday, the staff will work and take a different day off during the week.
