Puerto Vallarta is set to celebrate unity and inclusion with the second annual Rainbow Race, taking place on Sunday, November 10, 2024. With the motto, “Be free, express yourself with love,” this event invites participants of all orientations and identities to join in a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit. Open to runners, joggers, and walkers over 18, the race features 2-kilometer and 5-kilometer options, with categories for men, women, and non-binary participants.
The course begins and ends at the esplanade of the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Unit, offering participants a scenic route through Puerto Vallarta’s dynamic landscape. Registration is 380 pesos (approx $19 USD) and can be completed online, with each participant receiving a runner’s kit filled with sponsor gifts, a commemorative medal, a personalized finish-line photo, and free water.
Adding to the excitement, Rainbow – the race’s iconic unicorn mascot – will again bring a dash of whimsy to the event, delighting participants and spectators alike.
